How to request deletion of your account and its data
AskPreceptor is a study tool for medical students. If you have an account and want it and its data erased, there are two ways to do it.
Write to the contact address shown on the Google Play listing, from the account's email address, asking for deletion. We respond within 30 days.
It is not all or nothing. You can ask for some data to be erased and keep your account:
Use the contact address on the Google Play listing, writing from the account's email address. We respond within 30 days.
The account and everything linked to it are gone the moment you confirm — there is no grace period and no copy kept aside.
Separately from the account, the anonymous device identifier and the network address travel with each analysis request to enforce the daily limit, and are discarded after 48 hours. They are not linked to your account and expire on their own, whether or not you delete it.
The text of the cases you wrote and the analyses you received are not stored anywhere. They are processed to produce the answer and not retained — there is nothing of that kind to delete.
